Presentation

I am Cecilia, the founder of Ohm Massage, a wellness space located in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.

I embarked on this journey of unconditional love two decades ago, a path that has transformed both my life and my work.

This journey has been a constant search for knowledge and self-improvement.
I have dedicated years to studying and researching various massage techniques, exploring the depths of the body and mind.
I have traveled to different places, absorbing the teachings of masters and diverse cultures, enriching my understanding of the art of massage.

My goal has always been to offer a complete experience, using my hands as a vehicle to share and express all the knowledge and passion I have accumulated.

Each massage is an opportunity to connect with others, to transmit energy and relief, and to guide people towards a state of greater well-being and harmony.

Ohm Massage is, in essence, the materialization of this journey, a space where unconditional love is manifested through touch and healing.

OHM

Om is a sacred sound, considered the primordial mantra of the universe. It represents the original vibration from which all creation emerged. It is much more than a word: it is an experience, an energy, a symbol of deep connection with oneself and with everything.

In Hinduism, Buddhism, and other spiritual traditions, Om symbolizes the union of body, mind, and spirit.

It is pronounced A – U – M, and each of its parts carries a meaning:

Sing OM helps calm the mind, harmonize inner energy, and connect with universal consciousness. It is a reminder that everything is interconnected and that within each of us resides a divine spark.

Namasté

Namasté is much more than a greeting; it is an expression of the soul. Originating from Sanskrit, it literally means:

«I bow to you» or «The divine in me honors the divine in you«

In its essence, Namasté, recognizes that we all share the same sacred essence, beyond the body, mind, or personality.

By saying it — accompanied by the gesture of bringing the palms together in front of the heart and gently bowing the head — we are acknowledging the light, love, and divinity that resides in the other person.

Saying Namasté is a reminder that we are not separate.
It is an act of love, unity, and recognition of the soul.
